Phone systems for Brighton and Hove
A phone system built for how Brighton works.
Brighton businesses move fast and run lean. Studios and agencies with half the team at home, shops and cafés with one landline behind the counter, practices whose reception is swamped every morning. We move you to a cloud phone system that rings on every device, queues callers politely and switches its own opening hours.
We keep your 01273 numbers, design your menus and call groups, and set up desk phones before they arrive so they ring from day one. Almost everything is done remotely, and when something needs a visit, an engineer comes over from our Arundel office, whether you are in the North Laine, Kemptown or Hove.
We already run one phone system across a law firm’s Brighton and London offices, and the same team can look after your broadband, mobiles and IT. See our IT support in Brighton if that would help too.
- Keep your 01273 numbers
- Desk phones set up before delivery
- One clear monthly price
- Support from our own UK team

The Big Switch Off
Brighton’s analogue phone lines are being switched off.
BT and Openreach are retiring the old copper phone network (PSTN), and ISDN goes with it. The migration is due to finish on 31 January 2027, and around 350,000 business premises were still to move in September 2026. Lines that have not moved are expected to go onto a temporary emergency voice service that costs more than a modern digital line.

FAQ
Business phone systems in Brighton: common questions
Straight answers for Brighton businesses. For the full picture, see our business phone systems page and the Big Switch Off guide.
Do you install business phone systems in Brighton?
Yes. We set up cloud phone systems for businesses across Brighton and Hove, from the city centre, The Lanes and North Laine to Kemptown, Preston Park and Portslade. Most of the setup is done remotely and desk phones arrive ready to use. When a visit helps, an engineer comes over from our Arundel office.
Can we keep our 01273 Brighton number?
Yes. We move your existing 01273 numbers across from your current provider, along with any 0800, 0333 or other numbers, and handle the porting paperwork. We plan the switchover so your numbers keep ringing throughout.
How much does a business phone system cost in Brighton?
Our cloud phone system is £14 per user per month, excluding VAT, with every feature and UK landline and mobile calls included. The price is the same on a 30-day rolling contract or a 12, 24 or 36-month term. Desk phones and headsets are optional, to rent or buy, and quoted separately.
Do you cover Hove as well as Brighton?
Yes. Businesses in Hove, Portslade and Shoreham-by-Sea get exactly the same service, prices and support as Brighton, and we also look after firms in Lewes.
Can our phone system cover offices in Brighton and somewhere else?
Yes. Offices in different places can share one phone system, with extension dialling between them and one main number. We run exactly that for a law firm with offices in Brighton and London.
Do you supply business broadband in Brighton too?
Yes. Business broadband in Brighton starts from £42.99 a month, and we also supply leased lines and O2 and Vodafone business mobiles. Having one provider for the phones and the connection means one bill and no finger-pointing if call quality drops.
What happens to Brighton phone lines in the Big Switch Off?
The analogue network is being retired across the UK, Brighton included, and the migration is due to finish on 31 January 2027. Lines that have not moved are expected to go onto a temporary emergency voice service that costs more than a digital line. A cloud phone system keeps your numbers working, and our free switch-off checker flags alarms and card machines that may need attention.
Does it work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. The phone system signs people in with their Microsoft 365 account, uses their calendar to set their status and shares presence with Microsoft Teams. If you would rather make every call inside Teams, we also set up Teams Phone using Direct Routing or Operator Connect.
