A managed IT support plan covers unlimited helpdesk support, 24/7 proactive monitoring, patching and security updates, endpoint protection, backup and guaranteed response times from named engineers who know your business. Higher tiers add managed cyber security, Microsoft 365 management and regular IT strategy reviews. Microsoft and cyber security licences are billed separately, on top of the managed service.
