Based in the coastal town of Littlehampton, they supply vehicles all over the country to those looking to lease a car.

Having multiple offices across the South, ensuring the working environment across all offices were connected to each other.
An office move always consists of a combination of challenges that need to be overcome. Our IT team took time to understand the current set up and what was needed to ensure of a smooth transition with minimal downtime.
Due to the office move being the head office, this was also something that needed to be taken carefully as the current server was held in this location meaning all their data wouldn’t be accessible once the server was offline.

Solution
After an in-depth audit of their current site and set up, our team went to work with planning the move with as minimal downtime as possible.
There was a great importance on their data and due to being on an old server setup this was something we looked at from the very start. Before the office move we imported all their data to a new cloud based server so the other offices could still function while we made the office move.
Once we were confident the new cloud storage system was working for all, we safely dismantled their current set up and moved it to the new location where we rebuilt all IT infrastructure. Advising on upgrades as we went saw a much streamlined IT infrastructure which was easier to manage for the end user.
Overall the office move was a great success and Coastal Leasing are using ATS Connection on an ongoing bases for their IT Support, Broadband, VoIP and Cyber Security.
