THE CHALLENGE
With multiple offices across the South all
depending on connectivity to the head office,
relocating the main site was a high-stakes
operation. The existing server holding all
company data was based at the head office,
meaning once it went offline, no other location
could access critical files. ATS had to plan a
move that kept every branch connected and
productive throughout.
WHAT ATS DID
ATS conducted a thorough audit of the existing
setup and planned the move for minimal
downtime. Before the relocation, all data was
migrated to a new cloud-based server so
remote offices could continue operating while
the physical move took place. The old
infrastructure was then safely dismantled,
transported and rebuilt at the new location
with upgrades advised along the way to create
a far more streamlined IT environment.
THE RESULT
The office move was completed successfully
with no data loss and minimal downtime.
Coastal Leasing now benefit from a
