Getting connected in London
A London office connected, without the chasing.
Many London businesses work from shared or multi-let buildings. A new line there can mean landlord permission, a wayleave agreement and access to a shared comms room. We place the order, ask your landlord or managing agent for access on your behalf and keep you updated until the line is live.
We are based in West Sussex, with offices in Arundel and Chichester, and supply business broadband across London. The network’s engineers install the line, and we set up your router, static IP and phones remotely, then support the connection from the same team. For on-site IT help in the capital, see our IT support in London.
- Landlord and wayleave access arranged
- Leased lines quoted for your exact address
- Static IP on every connection
- Phones moved onto the same connection
What London offices ask us for
Three things we sort for London offices.
A leased line for the whole office
When the whole team is on video calls and cloud apps at once, shared broadband can slow at busy times. A leased line is yours alone, with upload as fast as download. How leased lines work.
Full fibre in a shared building
Where the building is already wired for full fibre, it is the best value per Mbps. Where it is not, we find out what it would take, and whether SoGEA or 5G covers you in the meantime.
A backup for when the cable is cut
Roadworks and building works cut cables. A 5G backup for £30 a month keeps the office online while the fault is fixed. About 5G broadband.
Leased lines in London
Leased lines for London offices. Priced for your building.
Leased line prices in London depend on how close the nearest fibre is to your building, so every quote starts with your exact address. Once the price is agreed, we manage the survey, the landlord and the install.
From £200 a month, plus VAT
- Dedicated and uncontended
- Upload matches download
- Static IP included
- Survey, landlord and wayleave handled
- Agreements from 12 months
One team in London
Broadband, phones and IT. One team for your London office.
The same team that orders your line can move your phones onto it and look after your IT, with one number to call when something is not right.

The team behind your connection
Real people. Not a call centre.
The same small UK team orders your line, deals with your landlord, sets up your router and phones, and picks up when you call. Since 2015 we have looked after businesses across Sussex, London and beyond, and we still answer the phone ourselves.

FAQ
Business broadband in London: common questions
Straight answers for London businesses. For every connection side by side, see our business broadband page.
How much does business broadband cost in London?
The same as everywhere we work: SoGEA from £42.99 a month, full fibre from £45.99, leased lines from £200 and 5G broadband at £30, all excluding VAT and with a static IP included. Leased line prices vary most in London, because they depend on how far the nearest fibre is from your building.
Do you supply leased lines in London?
Yes, from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps. We quote for your exact address, arrange the site survey and work with your landlord on access and any wayleave needed.
Our office is in a multi-let building. Can we have our own line?
Usually, yes. Most multi-let buildings can take a new line with the landlord’s permission. We check what is already in the building and ask the landlord or managing agent for access on your behalf.
How long does it take to get connected in London?
Full fibre and SoGEA usually need one engineer visit, booked once the order is accepted. Leased lines take longer because of the survey and any building work, and we give you a date once the survey is done. If you need to be online sooner, 5G broadband needs no engineer.
Do you have an office in London?
No. Our offices are in Arundel and Chichester, West Sussex. London connections are installed by the network’s engineers, and we set up and support everything remotely. Calls are answered by our own team, not a call centre.
Is full fibre available at my London address?
Use the checker at the top of this page to see what Ofcom data shows for your address. In shared buildings it also depends on what is wired inside, so we confirm before you order.
Can you move our phones at the same time?
Yes. Our cloud phone system runs over the same connection from £14 per user a month, and we move your numbers so calls keep working throughout.
